Group Coaching - The RISE Cohort

Eight weeks. Small group. Same method, different dynamic.

The 1:1 work is the most direct path. The cohort adds something it can't: the recognition that you're not the only one carrying this.

You move through the RISE Method alongside a small group of veterans navigating the same territory. People who understand what you're dealing with without needing it explained. The conversations that happen in that room (or on that call) are different from anything you'll have with colleagues, family, or a coach working with you alone.

What the Cohort is:

An 8-week structured program, capped at 8 participants. Each week covers a defined stage of the RISE Method (two weeks per stage). Sessions are 90 minutes, virtual, and built around real work, not passive listening.

Between sessions you have reflection prompts and a small group of people doing the same work at the same time. That accountability is part of what makes it different.

This is for you if:

  • You want the structure of the RISE Method but also want to hear how others are navigating the same questions

  • You've been isolated in this (carrying it privately) and you're ready to stop

  • You want a lower entry point than one-on-one engagement without sacrificing depth

What you get:

  • 8 weekly group sessions, 90 minutes each

  • Full movement through the RISE Method — Reflect, Integrate, Strengthen, Execute

  • A cohort of no more than 8 veterans

  • Reflection prompts and tools between sessions

  • Direct access to Ryan throughout the program

Next Cohort: Q3 2026 - August start. Space is limited to 8 participants.

The thing most veterans I work with say about the cohort isn't about the method. It's that they finally said the thing out loud to a room that didn't need it translated.
