Veterans 2–10 years post-separation who built stable civilian lives and still feel like something's off. Not necissarily in crisis, and not looking for transition help since that ship has sailed. Just dealing with a gap between the life they built and the one that actually fits. If you're not a veteran but the rest of that description fits, get in touch.

Most career coaching is tactical and focused on updating your resume, interview prep, and salary negotiation. That work has its place. It's just not what most of the veterans I work with need. They need to figure out what they're optimizing for before they start optimizing. That's the difference.

It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call. If it's a fit, we define an engagement, which is typically three to six months of structured sessions moving through the RISE Method at your pace. Between sessions you have access to tools and reflection prompts built around wherever you are in the process.

Take the free assessment. It's 10 minutes and doesn't commit you to anything. It's designed to help you figure out where the misalignment is coming from, which is useful whether or not you end up working with me. Or just book the discovery call. Fifteen minutes. No pitch. If it's not the right time, I'll tell you.

The practice is built around the veteran experience specifically. But the alignment problem (building a career that works and wondering why it doesn't feel like yours) isn't exclusive to veterans. If the description fits, reach out.

Yes. The RISE Cohort is an 8-week program for veterans moving through the RISE Method alongside a small group of people who understand what you're dealing with without needing it explained. Details on the Group Coaching page.

Yes, for organizations with veteran employees who want to support retention and leadership development, not just hiring. Get in touch directly to discuss.

Pricing is discussed on the discovery call, after we've both had a chance to figure out whether this is the right fit. I don't post rates publicly because the engagement varies depending on what you need.
