Leadership Coaching
For new leaders, emerging leaders, and middle managers stuck in the middle.
Most coaching is built for executives. The people who need it more are a level or two down, doing a job nobody trained them for, with less authority than the job requires.
This is coaching for them. We work together over a defined engagement, typically three to six months, moving through the RISE Method at your pace. We start with what's actually going on, not the version you'd give in a performance review. Then we build from there.
No curriculum to follow. A process we build around your situation.
This is for you if:
You were promoted because you were good at the work, and now the work is people
You're a middle leader caught between what your leadership wants and what your team needs
You've plateaued, and you can't tell if it's the organization, the role, or how you're leading
You know what good leadership looks like and can't do it consistently when things get hard
How it Works:
It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. If it's a fit, we define the engagement together: what we're working toward, how long, how often. Sessions follow the RISE Method but stay anchored in real situations from your own team. The conversation you've been avoiding. The decision you keep putting off. The person you don't know how to manage.
Between sessions you get reflection prompts and tools built around where you are. The work happens in the sessions and between them.
For Organizations
Coaching works best next to training. If you're developing a cohort of new leaders, coaching is how the training turns into behavior, especially for the few who need more than a workshop gives them. It can also stand alone for a leader you want to keep and aren't sure how to help.
If you've been leading without a map, this is where we start drawing one.
