Leadership Development & Training

Practical training for the people stepping into leadership, built around your organization instead of a catalog.

Most organizations promote people into leadership and hope it works out. This is what we do instead.

This isn't a keynote. It's practical work designed around your specific context and the people already on your team.

Who this is for:

New supervisors. Aspiring leaders. Middle managers who've hit a wall. Teams going through a leadership transition. Government divisions, small businesses, and contractors that would rather develop the people they already have than keep cycling through them.

What the work looks like:

Every engagement is scoped to the organization. A scoping conversation comes first. There is no proposal until I understand what you're actually dealing with.

What the work covers

  • Giving direct feedback

  • Delegating without hovering

  • Holding people accountable

  • Having the hard conversation

  • Making decisions under pressure

  • Leading people who used to be your peers

Formats

Half-day: Foundations for New Leaders
Focus on the Reflect and Integrate stages. Leaders leave with a clearer picture of how they lead now and what to work on first.

Full day: The RISE Method for Leaders
The full movement through the RISE Method, adapted for a group. For new supervisors, middle managers, or cross-functional teams ready to work on something substantive.

Multi-Session Cohort
Eight weeks, small group, 90-minute in-person or virtual sessions, two weeks per stage of the RISE Method. I keep cohorts to 8 participants so everyone does the work. Scoped and priced based on team size and objectives.

Add-ons

Leadership Alignment Assessment for each participant before the program starts. Individual results stay confidential to the participant.

1:1 Leadership Coaching for participants who need more than a workshop gives them.

If you have new leaders who got the title without the training, get in touch. That's a solvable problem.
